Martha's Diner, located in Coventry, Vermont, is one of the few remaining classic American diners in Vermont. The chrome-plated 1953 Fodero Dining Car, was manufactured in Newark, N.J., and brought to Coventry, Vermont from its original home in Saugus, Mass. in the 1970's. 

Martha's Diner is currently owned and operated by Kathy Holbrook who bought it from her parents in 2002. Kathy started working at the diner washing dishes when she was 15 and has been there ever since. The diner has been in the family for over 40 years. Kathy's parents bought it in 1985 and named the diner "Martha's," after her mom. She and her daughter Katie Breault work together to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere for customers who come to enjoy a delicious meal that tastes like home.
